Welcome to the course! The Academic and Admissions Department of the Costa Rican Bar Association is delighted to have you join us and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals.

The course is taught by Paola Fonseca, https://www.linkedin.com/in/paolafonseca/ a professional with over 16 years of experience in drafting international contracts. She is currently the Chair for Latin America at the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL) and the Legal Director for Latin America at a Dutch corporate compliance services company. Paola is a lawyer, holds a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Trade, and has a Post-MBA (INCAE - ULACIT). She is also a current PhD candidate at the University for Peace. Paola has negotiated both nationally and internationally, drafting key contracts that showcase the effectiveness and impact of the legal profession in the development and success of businesses.

Over the next two weeks, we will have two sessions per week, combining theory with practice, plus a live workshop session. At the end of the course, you will have access to the Contracts Repository, which includes a bilingual (English and Spanish) version of the most common types of agreements.

You can attend the classes live or listen to the recordings at your convenience. The professor will be available to answer all your questions via the Aula Virtual messaging system.
